As our Curriculum develops, Drama will be increasingly used, where appropriate, to
enhance learning and engage pupils. All teachers make use of
various dramatic techniques - including role play, debate,
improvisation, and hot seating - to bring
learning to life. See the link below for more on these and
other techniques.
We also have a drama teacher, Mrs Davies, who works with classes on a rota,
using drama and the performing arts in general, to focus in
on aspects of the curriculum.
Our Performing Arts Club got underway in February 2010, and
is held every Monday after school. The Club members are
currently (March 2010) auditioning for a production of
Grease! |
